Deposits & Payment 💳 $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required to book → goes toward your service No deposit = no appointment Pay remaining balance with Cash, Zelle, or Card. Card = 3.5% fee Card on file required for all bookings → only charged for late cancel/no-show fees Cancellations & Rescheduling ✨ •You can cancel/reschedule via your appointment email confirmation• 48hr notice: Reschedule & your deposit transfers ONCE to a new date (New deposit is required if you reschedule again or cancel) Less than 24hr notice: 50% of service fee charged Same day cancel or no-show: Full service fee charged Late? 15 min grace period!
